J. Gregory Clare
J. Gregory Clare was born in Louisville Kentucky: he grew up in Louisville and attended College in Ohio at the University of Dayton, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1980 with a double major in Accounting and Finance.
He returned to Kentucky and obtained a Law Degree from the University of Louisville.
In 1980 he began his legal career while attending Law School, interning for the firm of Mosley Clare Hubbard and Townes, a firm founded by his mentor and cousin Dennis Michael Clare. He joined this firm as an associate in 1984 upon graduation from Law School.
In 1990 Mr. Clare and Mr. Wetterer founded the firm of Wetterer and Clare and began building a practice in the area of real estate law. In 1995 Mr. Clare and Mr. Wetterer formed Clare and Wetterer Properties LLC, a Kentucky Limited Liability Company to hold their jointly owned real estate investments. In addition to his practice of law Mr. Clare is also a Director of Billou Corporation, Gardiner Lane Development Corporation and Number Fourteen Corporation, which all own and manage real estate. Mr. Clare also owns Greg Clare Properties LLC a Kentucky Limited Liability Company and is an owner and the President of Kentucky Title Services Inc.
Since 1980, during his internship with the firm of Mosley, Clare, Hubbard, and Townes, Mr. Clare has worked in the area of Immigration law. During his legal career, Immigration Law has always been a significant area of his practice. Mr. Clare has argued immigration matters before the United States District Court and the United States 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Clare has been listed in “The Best Lawyers in America” since 1996 in recognition of the success he has achieved with his practice in the area of immigration law. Mr. Clare has also been listed as one of the 200 best lawyers in Louisville.

Erin M. Legg
Erin Legg has lived in the Kentuckiana area most of her life, growing up just over the bridge in Floyds Knobs, Indiana. She attended law school at the University of Cincinnati – College of Law and graduated in 2020 before moving home back to the Louisville area. She joined Wetterer & Clare in November 2020 as a temporary employee, and accepted an attorney position after passing the Fall 2020 Kentucky Bar. Her practice areas include real estate, landlord rights, estate planning, and immigration. Erin is licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana.

Kelly Krause has over 20 years of experience in immigration law and has assisted hundreds of clients in obtaining non-immigrant and immigrant visas.
She is experienced in Employment-based nonimmigrant visas including H-1B, E-3, L-1A, L-1B, and TN; J-1 Visa Waiver Applications for Foreign Medical Graduates through the Appalachian Regional Commission, the Kentucky Department for Public Health, and Departments of Public Health in other states; Employment-based Permanent Residence including Labor Certifications; Physician National Interest Waivers; Family-based Permanent Residence; Naturalization; and Consular processing.
Mrs. Krause attended Norfolk State University and the University of Louisville and speaks Spanish.
